Annamalaiyar Paramedical College, with an abiding interest in developing professional educational institutions and with the thirst to improve the life of down trodden people of the rural community, was started in the year 1999. The Chairman and Managing Director of Annamalaiyar Paramedical College, R. ARUL KUMAR, an academician par excellence, is a dedicated and inspiring personality works hard to achieve the mission of the Institute every moment.
The Institute therefore decided to develop, organize and maintain such educational institutions, which stands out by its infrastructure, faculty, facilities service and uplift of the nursing profession.
Prof. R. Arul Kumar born in a small village at Tiruvannamalai District in the year 1977. He has finished his intermediate at government school, and received his B.Sc in Medical Lab Technology at private institute. He has worked in many hospitals from Chennai in order to gain knowledge. Also he has worked as Tutor and Vice-Principal at private institutions in Tirunelveli, Nagarkovil, and Chennai and so on. In the year 1999, he has started his own Paramedical Institution in the name of Annamalaiyar Educational Academy. He feels and had a thought to give such a short and neat book for Medical Lab Technology Students.
The main reason was there is no proper notes are followed by many institutions. He had a thought to make this book from past 5 years but completed successfully in this year 2012. This book will help students as manual and also computerized notes with related pictures to make them easy and convenient to study.
He prepared this book by putting his full effort and hard work to make students brighten in this Medical Lab Technology Field. He acts as a Board Member in Board of Paramedical Education, King Institute of Preventive Medicine, Guindy, and Chennai. And he is an Advisory Board Member (ABM) in MS University and the Ex. President of Tiruvannamalai District Private Paramedical Association.
He is the founder of Voluntary Social Service (VSS) and he donated his all organs to VSS. State Organizer of Paramedical Lab Educational Welfare Association, Tamil Nadu. District Election Commissioner of Paramedical Lab Educational Welfare Association, Tiruvannamalai. Also he relies that the student who reads this book should become as a part of VSS. Unity between every religion is the major aim of him. He thanks all his staffs, students and god for this book.
We at Annamalaiyar Educational technical education and instill in our students high standards of discipline. The dedicated teaching faculty shall work towards making students technical superior and ethically strong, which will in turn improve the quality of our society.
